Gail H. Kindness Tuxum-chnay, 41.

Mrs. Kindness was born in Chicago. She was raised and educated in the Yakima Valley.
She worked at Heritage College as a secretary and was also a grocery clerk.

Survivors include her parents, Ty Kindness of Billings, Mont., and Mavis Kindness of Toppenish; two daughters, Crystal Kindness of Toppenish and Marilyn Kindness of Lawrence, Kan.; three sons, Joe Vargas Jr. of Seattle, and Joshua Vargas and Jacob Vargas, both of Toppenish; five brothers, Tyrone Kindness Jr. of Toppenish, Patrick Kindness of Seattle, Gy Kindness of Warm Springs, Ore., Cameron Kindness of Auburn, Wash., and Marlon Kindness of Federal Way, Wash.; three sisters, Ernestine Morningowl of Pendleton, Ore., Mavis Kindness-Nelson of Auburn and Kelli Kindness of Seattle; and one grandchild.
